I was first drawn to these TOMS by their visually appealing texture and color. I knew I wouldn't be matching my shoes to my dress and chances are, I will have a white dress. Therefore, gold should be a safe bet. Gold is also one of my wedding colors so I'm keeping it all coordinated wonderfully. ;) After thoughtful consideration, I decided that the functional benefit of providing comfort for my feet the entire day outweighs the option of suffering in heels. Lastly, with the purchase of these shoes I will not only be providing for my wedding day "needs" (although I will definitely be wearing these again after the wedding) but I will also benefit a child who is actually in need! (For more information see: Toms One For One Movement). Needless to say, I'm sold!
"But at the beginning of creation God made them male and female. For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." Mark 10:6-9

Wedding Shoes?
