"But at the beginning of creation God made them male and female. For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate." Mark 10:6-9

It has become quite obvious that there are not enough hours in the day for me to ever squeeze in wedding planning. So I've handed my wedding planning duties off to Andrew...for the week. :) He has taken over my checklist and is doing an awesome job. We are now on our way to getting a caterer and tracking down a good photographer. As of right now, we have just received rejection e-mails from photographers. I guess that means we must be getting closer to an acceptance though, right?

Wedding Bands
Well, I did not accomplish my wedding goals during my break. I did, however, manage to get a couple interviews and was even offered a summer internship. I accepted and can now rejoice that the excruciating process of finding an internship is over!
Although I didn't accomplish ALL my goals I still managed to get some resemblance of wedding planning done. Andrew and I got sized for wedding bands and we even picked his out. We decided to get him a Tungsten ring. Both of us are attracted to the darker colored bands and we are satisfied with the benefits of Tungsten. We haven't 100% decided on a band for me, but it looks like we'll be getting one with a dip. Since I have a detailed setting on my engagement ring and I don't plan on getting my rings fused together, I need a band that won't damage the setting. I also really like the uniqueness to them. Can't wait for the day when we're actually wearing them!
